Magdalena Eysmont
- the founder, owner and director of the Pre-school
- a Master's Degree from Warsaw's Economic University; married, with
3 children
„ I founded Kid's Academy for my younger son Julek so
that he could spend his important 3 years of life in the place
where he could be happy and where he could develop successfully.
After few years of managing the kindergarten, I think that I
succeeded in creating the place with not only interesting
curriculum and modern methods of teaching but also with
wonderful teachers working there. These people are open to
children and searching for improving themselves but first of all
they pay careful attention to every child in order to notice the
tiniest problem and to help in solving it" |

Neophilology helped me achieve the necessary methodological training.
At present I am a student at the Academy of Fine Arts specializing

I have been working as a teacher for six years with people of all

Working with children is an unique experience to me. I learn from them that art cannot be structured or logical. An artist must be a child. What is the most exciting in working with children is their endless imagination. I want them to feel happy creating and I try to show them that they can create everything they want. |

Jadwiga
Bł±d
– teacher
- graduate of Rzeszów University with the degree of teaching
pre-school children. Educational Kinesiology Course .
Motto for my work with children : “A tutor,
who doesn’t din into, but emit, doesn’t pull but build, doesn’t
knead but forms, doesn’t impose but learns, doesn’t require but
asks, will experience with a child a time of inspired moments”
Janusz Korczak (teacher’s translation)
Why have I decided to become a teacher? It
was a result of my observations and experience that I’ve
understood how crucial the early childhood is for the further
development of a man, how important is assisting a child in his
comprehensive development and that it is important to notice
possible dysfunctions in its early stage in order to start
corrective-stimulating work. |

Elocution Specialist:
Krystyna Baranowska
If all children's speech developement was correct, standard oftofonic lessons would be enough. In some cases though, children might need extra help to learn to express themselves. That's why beside profilactic group exercisses we offer
individual elocution lessons. |

“I have been playing chess since I was five and I
remember my preschool years and excitement, when I was winning
with much older rivals, I thought I could pass some of my
experience to the youngest ones and share with them my passion
through teaching chess – here, in preschool. During my
one-and-a-half-year-long work with children I managed to infect
them with healthy competition spirit, help them to overcome
their fear of being defeated and to make them play fair.
Furthermore, my methodological skills acquired during my studies
combined with the pleasure of playing chess additionally make my
understanding of a child’s mind and behavior easier.” |
